Three of the four main P&F indicators have gone bearish. If I were the buyer for the NMP, I would hesitate to enter any new positions and perhaps take out some protection on some positions at this point.

Gary (OG) has suggested that the fab houses may be interesting to enter after a bottom is found. FLEX, SLR, JBL and SANM would be on this list. SLR is near a good support level.

MIke, I will have to keep ORTL in my sights. I agree they as well as sdli may well be take over candidates.

ORTL does not have a real big float.

JDSU, SDLI, ORTL, GLW, MRVC,,,,all in the fiberoptics and held pretty well in this downturn.

a really great group of stocks. -ng-

ORTL has float of 5 million shares,,so that one moves in big chunks. LU has a lot of orders with ORTL and SDLI. LU may buy out either,,,,so we'll see.
