Two comments. First, the "subject to audit" comment is SOP for fourth quarter numbers. Second, if the Chairman stated publicly a material fact only to reverse himself within weeks in an SEC filing, you should run, not walk, to the nearest securities litigator. Do you have a URL for the archived conference call?
