Bong - While CMGI does have a lot of cash, they have also committed a LOT of cash by saying that they plan to double their holdings this year, pour money into the B2B fund, Asian fund, Latin fund, etc. Look for CMGI to possibly announce its first ever follow-on offering in the next 8-12 quarters.

I took this from the Prudential research report that came with the recent upgrade.
