Bruno, I agree that SanDisk may do good things in the future, but I'm a "value investor" and essentially stop every once-in-a-while to crunch the numbers and see if the stocks I hold are still values. Using R-S's numbers, particularly their EPS growth, SNDK did not look like a value any more. Compound that with the fact that I leveraged my investments by loading up on April options, there really wasn't any other choice than to sell since the calls would have lost that beautiful momentum premium if/when the price stabilizes (also, the options were up 300% in less than a month!).

Genearally, I think SNDK is still reasonable compared with the valuations of other companies, but I don't want to get caught in that trap if/when the chips (literally) fall.
