That sounds like great news... Thanks for the post. Market price today is not reflecting the good news. I think this will be short lived. If the Supreme Court of Canada wishes to hear the case I must believe that there is enough there to get a favorable decision. Also I wouldn't put it past the FEDS to put to Quebec in the sense that this will generate a lot of Unfavorable Publicity for the PQ government. Shafting the little guy is not the way the PQ wants to be seen. It would be my opinion that the PQ GOV. will want to settle out of court. I'm sure it's just a question of how much????
