Gary: Are you going come back as IR for DMEC? By the way, I note there has been a change of accounting firms. Seems the firm who has been handling DMEC's affairs quit. A new firm has been hired. Now, I suppose, an extension of time to file the 10K will be needed to allow the new firm to get up to speed. Did James tell you why they quit? Perhaps they did not like or agree to slow payment of their fees? Now I no longer have any stock in this company--but that could change. I agree cutting overhead and getting back to basics is a start but there have been too many fiascos. Many want to see more tangible proof that Mr. Lu is focused. Take care. Wes
