Agree on NSATF; what's mind boggling is this downdraft is coming just days aftr Hughes indicated exponential subscriber rates for its satellite TV business.

Also worthy of note is the upgrade this AM by CIBC re: PCMS; from 17 to 35. Rich T. will appreciate this as well: the short interest increasd from the prior month to narly 20% of the entire float. We're up nearly 2 and change now. Another upgrade ( imo likely ) or another deal and PCMS moves higher. From the time we prattled on about PCMS about 2 months ago ( at around $9 ) we've exceeded our 50% gain.

Dale,

ETC is an interesting company. From Yahoo:

"Environmental Tectonics Corporation is principally engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of software driver products used to create and monitor the physiological effects of motion on humans and the physical effects on equipment, and control, modify, simulate and measure environmental conditions. These products include aircrew training systems, entertainment products, sterilizers, environmental and hyperbaric chambers, and other products, which involve similar manufacturing techniques and engineering technologies. The company operates in two primary business segments, Aircrew Training Systems and Industrial Simulation."

It has these diverse technical parts which fit well together and its kicker is the entertainment area. ETC builds rides which are based on its simulator technology. DIS has installed these rides in its parks. It has only begun to promote this area of its business which seems to represent a good growth area.

Also from Yahoo:

"For the nine months ended 11/26/99, net sales rose 23% to $25.7 million. Net income applicable to Common totaled $1.8 million, up from $857 thousand. Revenues reflect increased contracts for the Company's Aircrew Training Systems. Earnings also benefitted from reduced interest charges on reduced cash borrowings."

It had a good run moving from 10 in December to 21 in January. It is now consolidating around 17. It has a low float of 3.3 mil, 29% of that is owned by institutions. Insiders own 50%.

It trades thinly and would probably move easily.
