Hi Ken - while I don't have the details, it is unlikely Siemens has a case at all, considering its area of expertise and the novelty of the long haul optical networking. To say the least, chances are it doesn't have any pending patent. More, the area which these two individuals within Siemens organization before their departure is unlikely working on long haul [just a guess, correction encouraged.] The only concern is if they signed an employee contract that covers too much territory.

I am no legal eagle, but if the above is to Qtera's advantage, it may very well have a good case against Siemens for tampering
