Jim, technically it just said that I was not allowed to call her the Ferret. I think we need an attorney to make an interpretation on whether you can refer to her as the Ferret. All I know is that I can no longer refer to her as such.

Then again, maybe I can pull a Prince move, and refer to her as, "the CNBC commentator formerly known as the Ferret."
