35% of 100 = 25% of 140

The acquisition of DGN expanded EMC's target market by 40% because Clariion allows EMC to go after the middle-market.
So, technically, the guidance remains the same before and after the DGN acquisition. As many people here know, MR's record on guidance has consistently been on the low side.

The real question that may temporarily put a cap on EMC's multiple expansion is the ultra-aggressive price war being waged by IBM as described in the following article:

With Wintel moving up in the corporate market and with storage becoming more intelligent, pricing is going to be under pressure for the forseeable future so NUMA/Clariion allows EMC to increase its technology lead in the high-end with cutting-edge UNIX/NT storage and caching products in the middle-market that are more calibrated to the way that workgroups inside enterprises are becoming internetized. EMC has a clear record of understanding the way that new technology transforms the division of labor inside large corporations.
