actually in retrospect my apl is only down a 1/2 vs the rest of my portfolio which is down -12 -12 -11 -8 -7. so thanks fbr.

1. I spoke w/FBR and they said there was no penalty for flipping. Is this really true?

2. Has anyone checked on FBRs allocation in some of the recent deals they participated in? If so how many shares have they gotten?
