Jody Pacific Capital Markets isn't actively handling calls for Billserv. I originally contacted PCM about BLLS and then they introduced me to FECC. Now they don't deal with BLLS but I still call them about FECC so I ask how things are with billserv. They actually have a much better handle on Billserv then I could possibly ever achieve by calling the new BLLS IR. Call it professional courtesy or client obligation but they have always tried to answer my questions without any complaints.

I generally speak with Gregg Layton but lately he has been in Hong Kong working on FECC, I presume they are closing the remainder of the 30 million financing. Incidentally FECC announced today they are also filing for a Nasdaq listing.

It will be interesting to see how BLLS reacts once on Nasdaq and I can use that as a meter for FECC.
