SEVU: Large Military Contract in the Offing: SecureView Update Announced... ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaView Video Technology Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU - news) today confirmed that ''the light bulb camera,'' SecureView(TM), is in prototype-manufacturing stage--in simple terms, small quantities are now being assembled for field testing and ''show and tell.''
