Perhaps that's the secret on those on or near the floor. On TWOE, don't care if the filings reflect a positive or not for those previous months,as they are in the process of building the company as noted in the past releases. Just want to see them filed. Period! IRTG seems to be solid here. Even though,IRTG was mentioned here at the bottom. Just like CYGS,LITH,AVTI,FOCS,IBUI,BAOA,CLSI and quite a few more were.
