Dear Yaacov,..Re:.Dell has to adapt itself to the people rather than adapt people to its model! What a strange thing to say about a company which; heretofore, has emphatically stressed their keen customer focus.<g> I think the question has been raised here previously, more than once, that if they are seriously going after the consumer market, how exactly are they going to snag significant sales without at least some retail exposure?
