The consumer and SOHO network computer can not be successful without ultra reliable broadband connections. The broadband connections that are available to the consumer are not reliable and it is not yet fast enough.

Perhaps, the consumer can have home and SOHO T1 connections... It looks like 5 years before the broadband buildout is 80% complete.
