fwiw......I don't know what the financial arrangement is and don't know where you came up with the same speculative amts that Beachhouse came up with on RB when he was poo pooing the PR....but I find it amusing.

You are right....it is clear from DLX's PR that ECNC is licensing the use of certain software from them. I am sure there is a cost but don't know what or how it is calculated.

What I like about the announcement is that ECNC has moved quickly to fill any gap that might have been left by the abrupt departure of the STP gang. And I like having DLX plugged in there MUCH better. Everyone, including yourself as I recall, was real excited and positive about the ECNC deal with STP......and ECNC was gonna pay them for services provided.

So that is the amusing part to me.....what was so exciting about STP that is not even more so with DLX??? I much prefer to be dealing with an established company with credibility. Just being affiliated with them is a positive note for me....regardless of whether it is difficult or not. It just looks good for us, imho. Besides....they have a track record and our past provider had none and still has none.

So I think it is rather disengenuous to come out and laugh at DLX's PR now.......but that is just my skewed perspective having fun watching yours. Hmmmmm.....what's stp up to anyway? Oh yeah....its all very secret.....hehehehehehehe
