I am not sure that the usual method of selling off interactive entertainment stocks (sell in December, buy in July) is going to work this year. This is because the introduction of the first 128 bit console has become the joker in the pack. Huge numbers of the Dreamcast were sold in the Christmas splurge and the new owners are hunting around for games and accessories to put into their newly acquired consoles. Expect, therefore, that Calendar 1Q numbers will be much higher than normal for leaders such as THQI. Old wisdom is not necessarily good wisdom.
