Burt,

Do you find it strange that on the same day that Merrill's Joe Osha cautioned investors to be conservative on Intel that their Dell analyst raised his rating from neutral to buy (intermediate) and now rates the stock 1-1?

The Dell analyst is predicting revenue growth of 31% for the next year to $33 B. It seems the problem at Dell was one of unrealistic expectations rather than a bad PC market. I think the bears need look elsewhere to find evidence of the latter.

Burt - Re: " "I'm so smart that I don't have to go to a company to advise people how to invest millions and, in some cases, billions, of dollars. I just posit how I believe the game will play out and expect you to bet your money on my musings. Because I'm one smart cookie."

How many analysts are exactly like this ?
