"Our inside sources contradict my statement about the Thunderbird being slightly behind schedule. I apologize for the confusion but these things can change fast. As for now, the Thunderbird seems to be on schedule.">

This is more like it. If anything changed it is the marketing side and lately that has become highly unpredictable. Probably a lot of real-time decisions being taken based on the design win activity at hand.
