Jim, Am I reading this right, that Q has 659M share outstanding and the shares traded so far today are 319M? 1/2 the folks that own Q are selling? Seems too weird!

JW,
The tip off was back at the first of the month when we had a three day ten percent pullback. The other leading stocks recovered quickly and hit new highs while Q*, the leading stock of last year, failed to recover and make new highs. This loss of confidence in the leader was the sell signal I was looking for. Sometimes I forget that the stock is not the company and the company is not the stock and follow the company. T/A is real but it's simple.

JW -

Thanks for the post.

Actually I think the close showed a bit of strength, relatively of course. We dropped to 105 when the NAZ was down only about 130 and the Dow 160/170 or so. Given that the NAZ closed at more than -150 and was down at one point in the last 15 minutes over 180 I would say the Q showed strength.

Best regards,

L
