This is the kind of stuff that gives me heartburn:

chevychasebank.com

A local Washington DC bank doing an exceptionally clumsy implementation of e-banking. Not only do they fail to supply OFX downloads for Quicken users, they are making those kludgy QIF imports a mess, too.

Boy, what a tough slog this e-banking transition is turning out to be. I think it will be longer than any of us realize before EBPP reaches its potential.

Ok, I'll rephrase.

ESP is a superior technology. But what if Checkfree were to use ESP where it could and augment with Stuff Scanning. Wouldn't this be a better product for consumers enabling them to receive ALL their ESP stuff and scannable stuff on line? And wouldn't such a system have a better chance in overcoming consumer resistance?

ESP Stuff + Scannable Stuff = More Stuff, less paper cuts, and less filing than ESP Stuff alone provides.
