Dear Steve: As I said, I am no technician so I cannot argue all this with you, plus I happen to also own INTC so I wish them both well. But, it is my believe based on what I have read from many independent sources, that the market for servers is huge and growing. I suspect that there will be plenty of opportunities for both. I also suspect that SUNW with its excellent reputation, proven equipment, specifically designed for industrial grade application will have no problem obtaining the orders necessary to be quite successful. In fact, at this moment the orders appear to vastly exceed the companies ability to fill easily. They have been hiring intensely and anyone who works there seems to report they are working ungodly hours. Also, I might add SUNW ships systems not equipment. That is a plus and a minus. The minus is that it takes highly trained people to keep it all moving, SUNW has been constrained in that area which is the only reason their sales are not even more than they now are. JDN
