MileHigh ---Not all of the bad news has been factored in"Q" yet . The financial settlement from Kyocera has not been disclosed yet to the market place . Originally it was supposed to be upwards to one billion dollars for the handset division but the numbers that are being whispered now are 250 million to 400 million per WSJ . Also I wonder what "Q" is getting for ASIC form Kyocera ? If it was a good number why not published it instead of being so quiet . Heck we could use some good news from the company for a change .
The real reason I think the stock tank after Tuesday earnings was not the word of a slowdown in this qtr but the fact DR"J" for the last three months has been saying 70 million CDMA devices for the year 2000 was "very conservative " but Tuesday night he said that 70 million devices would be his guess now . This indicates the market is slowing thus the hit on the stock .

BEST WISHES
