Not necessarily. However, FLASH may require a different mix of the existing tool set to optimize output.

Disclaimer: I don't know what components comprise AMD's FLASH process. Their FLASH process may or may not require additional tool set requirements vs. their logic process tool set.

I am not aware of any discussion or rumors that would put any significant desktop Mustang volumes for this year. Laptops and servers is all that is talked about.
