Wouldn't the TSE typically halt a stock with a run up like this?

I've seen it before and the company has had to put out a release indicating the state of affairs.

The question and art now is to know how far ahead of itself is it so we can buy on the dips and sell on the swells. I would love to milk a few extra bucks out of this stock I have lived with for four years....through thick and thin...for better or worse...I am now ready for the better part.
