These guys (if they are the same team) have historically been quite steady. (To the point of putting me to sleep for two years.) I don't regard any of what they have done in the past as particularly promotional.

They had some bad luck in Africa, but it was a good effort.

The latest developments are likely to be the real thing. But who knows. When you got to pay the rent you can do some strange stuff.
