Bought at 26 today We have used both LGTO and VRTS products in my company and stuck with LGTO. The mkt. for LGTO & VRTS is so huge that this is not a "winners take all" mkt. Both companies are actually moving away from direct-attached storage and into SANS where LGTO is King. LGTO right now has the largest installed based of all storage mgt. products. As more and more companies move into SANs, I have no doubt, they will be using LGTO. I view the acct. fiasco as an opportunity to buy a leader in what is going to be one of the hottest trends in the next few years. Unfortunately, most of the folks have never work with SANs and or SANs related products. I suggest that folks interested to do some research. Check out the Legato and Veritas site for starter. Take a course on SANs and if possible have someone knowledgeable show you this bleading edge technology. Then I'm sure you will appreaciate what Legato does and where it's heading to. Good Luck
