GZON - I'm kinda glad it closed at the bid of .05 and not .07 At it is, its up 400%. It it showed up 700% some folks might think that its all run out and not look at it Mon. What's interesting, IMO, is that GZON got an E which all of a sudden disappeared. Someone has to be behind that. Dead shells don't spend money they don't have to update SEC files. (Although nothing has appeared yet on Edgar) If you go to Edgar, there are a few 13Gs filed AFTER operations ceased. So, someone was accumulating. Last know O/S share count was just under 16M. Float should be way lower in insiders are involved and a reverse merger is about to talk place. There is a link to the ex-GZON employees web page somewhere where they talk about some mortgage company buying the shell. I'll look for the link (unless someone beat me to it)... Monday's open should be interesting. Just some thoughts and opinions...
