I don't know about that: if you expect the stock to rebound, it's annoying to have the taxes from selling on the way down..
It did make sense to have sold in the non taxable account when the stock was sky high in late Dec and early Jan...wish I'd had the forsight to do that. I tend to be too emotional, am much better , but not "cured" yet.
