PALM's value won't be immediately added to COMS price as it will take about 6 months to divest. So this 6 months time premium will have some discounting effect rather than additive effect. The question is how much will be the premium for those 6 months. If you buy PALM directly your split frequency will be less and hence it may induce some
positive attraction towards COMS shares as a way to own PALM. Hence the discount effect on COMS price may be
very minimal.

Is your math correct ? I saw another message on this thread indicating that the ration is 4:1 ( CCOMS:PALM ) though
