NVID News...Here ya go for you Nervous Nellies <gg> Company Digest To print this story January 28, 2000 17:17 NVID Updates Reporting Status CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 28, 2000--NVID International, Inc. (OTCBB:NVID) announced Friday, January 28th, that the Company is continuing its efforts to become a "reporting company" under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to comply with the OTC Bulletin Board(R) Eligibility Rule. NVID's 10-SB Registration Statement is expected to be completed and filed with the SEC as soon as all of the reporting criteria have been completed. NVID will then need to respond to any SEC comments regarding the Registration Statement after the submittal has taken place. Until NVID has complied with the OTC Bulletin Board(R) Eligibility Rule, an "E" will be appended to NVID's stock symbol. Once the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD(R)) receives notification that NVID's Registration Statement has become effective, the fifth character identifier "E" will be removed denoting compliance. If the Registration Statement does not become effective by February 24, 2000, NVID will not be eligible for quotation on the OTC: BB. In such an event, NVID will be registered for an alternative-trading forum known as the "pink sheets" until the eligibility requirements for the OTC:BB can be met.
