I disagree. I would like to see a capitulation in the big caps to confirm a bottom. I don't think we've seen it yet. I'm not selling JDSU, but I'm not adding yet either. Too risky right now, IMO.

The 150 dma on qcom is about 72 if 100 doesn't hold I would that it was do able.
