Ed Forrest: I first stated that QCOM was "dead money" for awhile. I'm now making a different observation that maybe QCOM is a broken tech stock due to the chart formation that is staring at me. I refer to it as a symmetrical floating island head formation with one gap up and one huge gap down. I don't mean to belabor the point. A couple of days ago, you said you were going in and buying more. I said I'm standing pat and watching from the sidelines. Let me let you in on something - you will be able to buy a lot of QCOM over the next few months in the new range we've just established in here because the 911 ambulances need to come to the rescue for now. I'll just hold my core position and ride it out - I've got a feeling we ain't done yet. I'm still long & strong but I've always had a jaded view of the market. We're investing in paper issued by corporations and the idea is to eventually sell that paper to someone else at a higher price. What is that called - the greater fool's theory or a pyramid scheme. I understand the game - I partake in this game - I enjoy this game - I know the risks of this game - I know the rewards of this game. But in the end - it's all just a game. The better players win - the lousy players lose. It's just the rules of the game. Luckily, I entered the QCOM game early on so I'm ahead.
