NiceGuy, <If I were an Intel shareholder, I'd be awfully uneasy about the negative trends that have occurred since the beginning of October rather than holding my breath in hopes of some future miracle to reverse this currently NEGATIVE trend!>

So please, show me the evidence that proves that Intel will continue to struggle throughout the year 2000. Most INTC investors, myself included, feel that the not-so-positive events of Q4 1999 are just a convergence of isolated slip-ups, and not a sign of a negative trend. That might be a "glass half-full" view of things, but it has paid off handsomely in years past, and INTC investors feel it will continue to pay off handsomely in the future.

Of course, if you feel that negative trends that lasted for only one quarter is enough to predict long-term doom-n-gloom for INTC, you are certainly free to hold that opinion. Certainly, you aren't the only one; come by the INTC thread and you'll find other people who share the same bearish feelings about INTC as you. I'm sure the INTC supporters there are more than willing to give you a piece of their minds, should you decide to tell them the same things that you are telling me here.
