Eric,

I show QCOM down 32.7% YTD and IDC down 59.1% YTD (neither one too
pretty but heck, GE is down 13.1% <g>).

When doing the comparison, one must remember from where each came.

I picked IDC in the Y2K Stock Picking Contest:

Subject 32429

When I picked it, on Dec.25 it was trading @ $23. It opened @ $79 on 1/3/00. Also, it was only trading at around $5 in the middle of November. Today it closed at $30 and change

QCOM was trading (split adjusted) in the middle $80's in November and closed today at $110 and change.

Percentage wise it appears IDC has the edge.

Time will tell.

Have fun,
Phil
