Went public today...priced at 14, now at 36 midday. There is going to be a slew of new Intergrated access providers coming up this year. One to look out for is going to be CoreExpress, located out of St Louis. From what I understand, they are going to purchase dark fiber and sell over their own facilities. Universal may be worth watching to see how the other providers are going to perform.

Personally, since I don't think that UAXS owns any of the fiber through the network, cash flow is going to look great from a resell perspective, but the margins would have to be thin. Just a guess. Maybe they are doing something else.
