are you still short? or have you covered and gone long?

and what is your exact relationship to Business Week contributor Gary Weiss who recently (Dec 10th) posted a rehash of his former Osicom smear-attack attempt that you knew and posted here about BEFORE it was published? And did you establish a position in FIBR (long or short) while knowing about this yet to be published article prior to it's publication? If so, do you realize you may have civil and criminal liability?

speaking of Business Week, this interview with Wall Street Strategies' Charles Payne from last month:

businessweek.com

"..Q: Should I be concentrating my portfolio in fiber-optics-related
firms?
A: There certainly should be space in your portfolio for these stocks.
JDS Uniphase (JDSU) is one of our favorites. So is E-Tek Dynamics
(ETEK). Smaller stocks in that space include JNI Corp. (JNIC) and
Osicom Technologies (FIBR)...."
