Harry,

I agree with the observation.... but so many stocks are sitting close to their 50DMA.... I can't think of MM's just pushing everything lower in one sweep. Actually they will be able to accumulate more shares if they just show 33%+ retracement and then pushing it lower.Many technicians will jump over and sell once it starts coming down again.... Atleast that is how I am playing this market.

BTW, what is the tax rate for short term gains in Canada ? Did you gain anything by selling QCOM's with the tax bite (ofcourse assuming that you want to buy back your position)? After comparing my taxes with a friend, I think it is worthless to sell if the entry price is right and story of the company is intact.
