I just listened. It was interesting that after they wrapped up, Dr J summarized a bright future but threw in the much debated "slump" comment this Qtr. I guess he just had to mention it again, get it out, but I did not find it to be too offensive as it relates to Q prospects.

What I am interested in knowing is why would Operating Expenses in raw dollars and as a % of Rev's INCREASE after they get rid of handset biz to KYO?? Isn't the intention to
decrease the Operating expenses therefore increasing margins?

Overall, I just thought there was a real hesitation by Dr J and team to project a real positive Q2 and the analysts caught this.
