Hello Tim.... Tim is this a last gasp effort to push the stock down.... You know this very issue was thoughly disscussed on the RB board... Orex own's the mine period!!!!! The 10sb will be out next week so we shall see... Then maybe you will go away... Don't be surprised if you are asked to back those statements up in a court of law one day.... Regards mr ed

FIBR sued him.... ***He was the first response from ZARC*** Tim Hall- You posted the following information as fact: The 1/24/00 memo states: "We intend to return the Santa Maria property to Tom Mills, the original owner, and will be moving our equipment as soon as possible. . . The GWPP is being transferred to Mr. Mills Have you seen this memo or a copy of it? What was your inquiry that resulted in this response? Who sent you the email, name please? Have you questioned anyone at OREX regarding the memo? "OREX has acquired a patented mine and millsite in the area, and will be directing our efforts to develop the site for our intended activities. . . I would like to inform you that we do not intend to use the touted HGP process at our facilities, now or in the future." Sounds really phoney to me. Why would Bkackburn use words like "touted" when all that is necessary is HGP??? Warlord ZARC

Re: I have now AUTHENTICATED the ADEQ memo cited by Tim Hall The memo was written by Jeff Blackburn to Lisa Richey of ADEQ. The date of the memo is 1/19/00 and it was stamped received on 1/24/00. BTW, I also have a copy of the ADEQ memo to which Blackburn was responding. The tracking ID for this memo, dated 12/22/99, is 17241 for Project application ID 102051. I obtained these memos directly from the ADEQ by making a single phone call (they researched the matter, called me back, and faxed me the public documents is question). I had no communication with Tim Hall on this matter; all I needed was what he posted on the Internet. There are many people out there who owe Tim Hall a major apology. If ORXX told anyone that the memo in question did not exist, they were either badly misinformed or lying. - Jeff P.S. Truth is an absolute defense against libel and everything I have said I have documented and so can anyone else with any intelligence.
