He investned it? guess that means he can patent it and tell the chinese they cant use it. Maybe ban sadiam off it as well. And throw castro in the virtual jail.

better yet a toll system, charge everyone a cent to use it. That way when he retires he can live off the people of the world rather than just the american people.
