jm, the word is that q gave away qpe for pennies on the dollar. possibly as low as 16% of qpe revenue (chew on that for a while ;-)

why? q management is managing to the idiot investors that price q at a wholly unsustainable and irrational level. short sighted management. they gave away qpe in order to bolster future q earnings so investors would "happy."

it is time for investors to attend that remedial math class and learn to compare all alternative investments on a cash generating basis - not a greater fool basis. there are just too many fools to crown the greatest one.

Hi thread, my first post on this thread.

I had 100 shares pre split (400 post split) bought at $275 pre split, now I hold 125 shares, sold the rest on the way down, some above $600, sold 75 shares at $112 today, only because I believed that I could buy them back cheaper, I plan to buy back 175 shares at $95-100, because all TA gurus suggested the same, but that might change, TA gurus also suggest that if it plunges thru 100 day MA with vengeance, on Monday, then it might test 200 days MA at $72, yikes. I will buy the remaining 100 shares that I sold below $72 if it even goes there.

I am not buying here, no way, all the TA gurus have their hands in their pockets, I don't use TA but I do take advantage of TA gurus' thought process, a lot of people do and it rules in down market.

I am a little concerned that this thread is so complacent, but I am not worried about the market medium term 3 months?, I think it will be at all time high medium term and the mania continues, I hope, but in the mean time, alot of bloodshed and going postal here and elsewhere.
