I was once told by a lawyer friend of mine that intellectual property on the books isn't worth the paper it's printed on until it has been successfully defended in court once or twice.

Rambus is in the process of turning IP paper into IP value. Let's see if they can do it. I sure hope so.

Stuart,

Not the case. There are situations where the difference in performance is tremendous and others where it is negligible. The location of the power button so far has not proven to be a limitation in our evaluations of the chipset.

Regards,
Alex
