Casaubon, i will. i have to search the relevant links first though, so give me a little bit of time.
btw, the author of 'the roaring 2000's' Harvey Dent, appropriated most of his ideas from Schumpeter, Kondratyev and other long wave luminaries. he chose to misinterpret them, but that's no problem, after all "Dow 40,000" and "Dow 100,000" sell better in the current climate than "Dow 4,000" would.
