A big benefit of Toy 'R Us is their bricks and mortar. What parent wants to go through returning toys through the mail. If you buy from Toys 'R Us.com, you can return the toys to the store! This is a great advantage over ETYS.

The bricks and mortar companies who execute successful internet sites this year will be the winners. TOY like Walmart will learn from their online mistakes of '99.

The pure etailers are going to go the way of the dinosaur. The hybrids like TOY and WMT (Wallmart) will be the winners.
