2MAR$: My vote for best bargains are: QCOM, CMGI, and LGTO. QCOM is a no-brainer; this may be the best entry point of the year for QCOM. LGTO is down from $80 one month ago to $26 because of a change in its accounting, which forced them to restate 3rd Q earnings and dropped their projected growth rate from 70% to 50%. LGTO is a market leader with VRTS and is a well-managed company. Great buying op here (IMO). Finally, for those who like to live dangerously, consider: HLIT, FFIV and YHOO. YHOO is especially tempting since it will split in mid-February. Bon appetit.

Some of the stocks I have been waiting to buy and/or add to:

EMC, ORCL, JDSU, QCOM, CMGI ... all have taken significant hits -- possible even a good time to revisit CSCO.
