what they aren't telling you is exactly who made the decisions that led to the "inventory rebalancing." in all probability, they were using qpe to boost their earnings, kyocera bought it and put a stop to the practice b/c it was BAD BUSINESS. KY (as they are affectionately known! ;-) essentially shuts down and fires around 30%+ of the work force (not including temps!!!) and reduces production to a bare minimum so they can work through the warehouse inventory.

this is just a game of connect the dots and reach the most probable conclusion. only q investor relations would know for sure - and i bet they ain't tellin'! ;-)

i read where the KY president laughed when told a qpe employee referred to KY as "notoriously cheap." how unprofessional. he then makes sure that 100% of all temporaries and 30%+ of rfts are released.
