That post is so clever and articulate that I am a little astonished, really. I guess it comes across as being somewhat rude to SI(Bob), whom I actually like, but I think of it more as a passionate critique of the unprecedented scam-a-rama hucksterism caused by the confluence of bubble mania and mass market media. I spent a lot of time reading the Qualcomm thread, and there's a lot of hurting going on by people who feel like suckers now.
