Chisy & Socal, I think it's difficult to analyze what's happening without the benefit of confidential info that Oppenheimer and a few others have. On the surface it looks like backing and filling, 2 steps ahead, 1 step back. The problem here is that the usual profile of an advancing issue that has just performed as Valence has, would be to stop the backing and filling, and to consolidate for a period of time. But with the announcement of another PO or positive news, this issue's profile shifts back into the advance mode immediately and without notice to us lowly shareholders. It seems to boil down to the fact that we think the odds of another material event coming soon are great enough to interrupt the normal profile and propel us to a new price level where we begin the process again - with the exception of Zeev, that is.
